Refund Policy

Issue with your order? Want to check if your eligible for a refund? Or just curious as to how it works? Read below.

Eligibility

All orders placed on our website are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of your order's arrival. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, please get in touch with us via our Instagram (@nzbootroom) OR e-mail us at nzbootroom@gmail.com.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the item(s) being returned MUST arrive back to us in the same condition as they were received in. Boots can be tried on for size, however if they are used outdoors you will NOT be entitled to a refund - some certain cases outside these parameters may still be eligible for a refund, and we deal with any unclear/extreme scenarios on a case-by-case basis.

However, if you have used the boots, and you have decided that they simply aren't for you - we're always happy to re-purchase the boots off you OR arrange an exchange for a different pair.

 

How It Works

  • Your order arrives and you are not entirely satisfied, and you contact us within 7 days.
  • We will respond ASAP and arrange for you to send the boots back to us.
  • Once we have received the boots, we will inspect them and review your request.
  • If your return is approved, we will issue you a full refund to the card/method of payment used, and inform you of this.

 

Please note, the shipping amount will NOT be refunded as we have still incurred the cost to initially ship your order.

 

Issues

Please read our condition disclaimer carefully before making your purchase. If the boots arrive, and you disagree with the condition rating we have given your pair, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We will discuss your concerns about the boots, and come to a fair arrangement.

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong pair, please reach out to us so we can amend this for you - this not happened to date but if you are the first please let us know and we will compensate.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds for any orders which have used store credit.
